Phil Gray - Managing Director

Phil Gray is a passionate mentor of leaders, trainer and developer of people, a great networker and dedicated family man with a solid faith-base. Phil is a real motivator of people, a great visionary, an ever optimist and a creative communicator and has a genuine interest in people becoming the very best they can. Phil is an accredited practitioner, facilitator & trainer with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), DiSC®(Measuring Dominance, Influence, Steadiness & Conscientiousness) and Development Dimensions International® (DDI®), and is also trained in StrengthsFinder® (Gallup®).

Phil Gray has had a very successful 25+ year career in broadcast media [radio], gaining experience in commercial, community, and international broadcasting, the latter 15 years were in senior executive roles. During his career, Phil has become highly experienced in general management, systems, content, sales, marketing, communications and fundraising within the industry. Phil was always able to build and lead brilliant teams around him that produced great gains in market share and net profit.

During his working life, Phil has also gained 15 years experience coaching, training, and developing teams of professionals. This past year alone (11/12) Phil has conducted over 300 training workshops himself (wanting to stay in touch with the front line), let along the collective impact of the entire team at PGC. Phil has had many years experience developing teams of nationals from Indonesia, China, USA and New Zealand, and lived in various South American countries, giving him vast experience working in a multicultural setting, yet is a down to earth Aussie, a proud Queenslander and supporter of the Carlton Blues.
